Cancelling and Rescheduling. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will try to accommodate rescheduling requests but can’t guarantee availability.

Course Details. Our Courses are held virtually on Thrivecart, and may also be sent by other platforms, such as Canva and Google Drive. Sessions are recorded and may be made available for your reference post-course. We reserve the right to modify Course content, format, or schedule if necessary. Any significant changes will be communicated to you in advance.
Be Nice. We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Course without refund.
Workshop.

Workshop Details. Our Workshops are held virtually on Podia. Recordings of the Workshop may be provided for your personal use. We may update or change Workshop content and schedules as needed. Significant changes will be communicated to you in advance.
Be Nice. We expect all participants to engage respectfully and professionally. Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from the Workshop without refund.

All fees are payable upfront, unless we agree a payment plan with you to enable you to stagger the payments. When we do agree to a payment plan with you, you are still bound to pay the full amount and if any sums are overdue, we reserve the right to suspend the Services until you’ve paid in full.

Cooling-Off Period. As a consumer, you have the right to a 14-day cooling-off period for most of our Services, starting from the day you receive our confirmation email. During this period, you can cancel your purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund.
